These User Terms ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between BEFITER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any BeFiter platform (referred to as "User," "you," or "your").
The BeFiter Ecosystem includes all digital platforms operated by BeFiter, including but not limited to: befiter.com, befiter.store, befiter.shop, befiter.in, befiter.life, befiter.live, befiter.ai, and all associated mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and future BeFiter digital services.
By creating an account, accessing any BeFiter platform, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract under the laws of India.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 — Eligibility
- Users aged 18 years or older may create and manage their own BeFiter accounts independently, provided they are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Users aged 12 to 17 years may access BeFiter services only with the active consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must create or authorize the account and must accept these Terms on behalf of the minor.
- No user below the age of 12 years may access any BeFiter platform or service under any circumstances.
- In all cases, users must not be prohibited from using the BeFiter platform under any applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive, and must reside in a jurisdiction where use of BeFiter's services is lawful.
1.2 — Account Registration
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, email address, mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
1.3 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your username and password. You are fully liable for all activities conducted under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must immediately notify BeFiter of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected breach of security. BeFiter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your failure to maintain account security.
1.4 — One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account on the BeFiter Ecosystem. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, policies, or suspensions is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent termination of all accounts associated with you.
1.5 — Minor Participation
- Personally supervise the minor's participation in all fitness activities, wellness sessions, programs, and any other services accessed through BeFiter platforms.
- Ensure that the minor has been assessed and declared medically fit for participation in physical activities by a qualified medical professional before commencing any program.
- Assume full and exclusive legal responsibility for the minor's conduct, behaviour, and safety on and off BeFiter platforms, in Partner facilities, and during all activities facilitated through the BeFiter Ecosystem.
- Be legally bound by these Terms in your own capacity as the accepting party on behalf of the minor, and ensure the minor's compliance with these Terms at all times.
- BEFITER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any injury, health complication, accident, or risk arising from a minor's participation in any service, activity, or program offered by Partner organizations or accessed through the BeFiter Ecosystem. The parent or legal guardian expressly assumes all such risks on behalf of the minor.
2. Scope of the BeFiter Ecosystem
2.1 — What BeFiter Provides
- Discovery and search tools to find partner organizations including gyms, studios, trainers, wellness professionals, and product sellers.
- Booking infrastructure to schedule sessions, appointments, and programs.
- Membership management tools enabling users to purchase and manage memberships with partner organizations.
- Marketplace features to browse, compare, and purchase products from partner sellers.
- Community features, content, events, discovery feeds, AI-powered recommendations, and wellness programs across BeFiter platforms.
- Identity and access management enabling single sign-on across befiter.com, befiter.store, befiter.shop, befiter.in, befiter.life, befiter.live, befiter.ai, and future BeFiter services.
2.2 — BeFiter's Role
BeFiter operates as a technology ecosystem and marketplace infrastructure provider facilitating interactions between users and partner organizations. BeFiter connects users with independent partner organizations and provides the digital infrastructure for transactions and interactions. BeFiter is not a fitness service provider, gym operator, trainer, or product manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
2.3 — Platform Evolution
BeFiter may add, modify, discontinue, or introduce new platforms, services, and features at any time. The BeFiter Ecosystem is continuously evolving, and new domains, applications, and integrations may be introduced and governed by these Terms unless separately specified.
3. Partner Services
3.1 — Independent Partner Organizations
Services and products available through the BeFiter Ecosystem are offered by independent partner organizations including gyms, fitness studios, yoga centers, martial arts schools, dance studios, personal trainers, nutrition professionals, wellness practitioners, product sellers, and other service providers ("Partners"). Partners are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of BeFiter.
3.2 — BeFiter's Limited Role
BeFiter does not directly provide, control, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any service or product offered by Partners. BeFiter's role is limited to providing the technology platform and infrastructure that enables Partners to connect with users. BeFiter does not vet the professional qualifications, certifications, insurance status, or operational standards of Partners beyond the basic onboarding process.
3.3 — User Assumption of Risk
- The quality, safety, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any Partner service or product.
- The professional conduct, qualifications, or competence of any Partner or its staff.
- Any injury, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from your engagement with Partner services.
- Any failure by a Partner to deliver agreed services or products.
3.4 — Resolving Issues with Partners
Disputes, complaints, or issues arising from Partner services must be addressed directly with the relevant Partner. BeFiter may facilitate communication and provide transaction records to assist resolution but does not guarantee any specific outcome and is not a party to any agreement between you and a Partner.
4. Memberships, Bookings, and Programs
4.1 — Purchasing Memberships and Bookings
Through the BeFiter Ecosystem, you may purchase memberships, book fitness sessions, enroll in wellness programs, register for events, and access services offered by Partner organizations. The BeFiter platform facilitates the booking and payment process. The actual service is delivered by the Partner.
4.2 — Partner-Determined Terms
All terms governing a membership, booking, or program — including but not limited to pricing, duration, validity period, cancellation policy, pausing or freezing conditions, class schedules, and facility rules — are determined solely by the Partner organization offering the service. BeFiter does not set or guarantee these terms.
4.3 — User Responsibility Before Purchase
You must review the Partner's specific terms, policies, and facility rules before completing any transaction. Once a purchase is made, your rights and obligations with respect to that service are governed by the Partner's terms and applicable consumer protection law.
4.4 — No Guarantee of Service Continuity
BeFiter does not guarantee that a Partner organization will continue to operate, maintain scheduled sessions, or honor memberships purchased. In the event of Partner business closure or service discontinuation, BeFiter will assist where possible in providing transaction records but does not assume financial liability for services not delivered by Partners.
5. Marketplace and Product Purchases
5.1 — Product Listings
The BeFiter Ecosystem may enable users to browse, compare, and purchase physical products including but not limited to fitness equipment, nutritional supplements, wellness products, apparel, accessories, and related goods listed by Partner sellers.
5.2 — Partner Seller Responsibility
- The accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all product listings including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
- Product quality, safety, authenticity, and compliance with applicable Indian laws including consumer protection, food safety, and product liability regulations.
- Packaging, labeling, and dispatch of products in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Delivering products within the committed timeframe and handling returns and reverse logistics.
- Compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and all related regulations.
5.3 — BeFiter as Marketplace Facilitator
BeFiter is a marketplace facilitator and is not the manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any product listed by Partners unless explicitly stated. BeFiter does not inspect, test, or verify the quality of products listed on its platforms. Product liability, warranty obligations, and after-sales responsibilities rest entirely with the Partner seller.
5.4 — User Due Diligence
You are encouraged to review product information, Partner reviews, and applicable policies before completing a purchase. By purchasing a product through the BeFiter Ecosystem, you acknowledge that the contractual relationship for the product is between you and the Partner seller.
6. Payments and Financial Transactions
6.1 — Payment Processing
Payments made through the BeFiter Ecosystem are processed using integrated payment gateways, payment aggregators, and financial partners authorized in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and applicable Indian payment laws. By initiating a payment, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant payment gateway or processor.
6.2 — BeFiter's Role in Payments
BeFiter facilitates payment processing as a technology intermediary. BeFiter may route payments through third-party payment service providers and is not a bank, payment bank, or financial institution. BeFiter does not guarantee uninterrupted payment services and shall not be liable for payment failures, transaction errors, or delays caused by banks, payment processors, card networks, or other financial intermediaries.
6.3 — Payment Security
All payment transactions on BeFiter platforms are processed through encrypted and secure channels. BeFiter does not store full card details on its servers. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6.4 — Transaction Records
BeFiter maintains digital records of transactions completed through its platform. These records are available to you through your account and may be shared with Partners as necessary for order fulfillment and dispute resolution.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
7.1 — Partner Refund Policies
Refund and cancellation policies for services and products purchased through the BeFiter Ecosystem are determined by the Partner organization providing the service or product. BeFiter does not set universal refund terms and is not financially responsible for refunds owed by Partners.
7.2 — Reviewing Policies Before Purchase
You must review and understand the relevant Partner's refund and cancellation policy before completing any transaction. The absence of a refund policy published by a Partner does not automatically entitle you to a refund from BeFiter.
7.3 — BeFiter's Facilitation Role
BeFiter may technically facilitate the processing of refunds through its payment infrastructure where the Partner has approved the refund. BeFiter's facilitation of the technical refund process does not constitute BeFiter accepting financial liability for the refund amount. If a Partner is unable or unwilling to process a refund, your remedy is against the Partner and may include recourse under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7.4 — Platform Fee Refunds
Any platform fees, subscription fees, or charges paid directly to BeFiter (as distinct from Partner service fees) are governed by BeFiter's own refund policy as communicated at the time of the relevant transaction.
8. Health and Fitness Liability Waiver
8.1 — Inherent Risks of Fitness Activities
You acknowledge and accept that participation in fitness activities, physical training programs, sports events, wellness sessions, yoga, martial arts, dance, or any other physical activity facilitated through the BeFiter Ecosystem involves inherent physical risks including but not limited to musculoskeletal injuries, cardiovascular stress, accidents, and other health complications.
8.2 — User's Personal Responsibility
You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in fitness and wellness activities and that you are responsible for your own health decisions, physical condition, and fitness levels. You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. You participate in all physical activities at your own risk.
8.3 — BeFiter's Limitation
BeFiter does not provide medical advice and does not assess the physical fitness or medical suitability of users for any activity. BeFiter shall not be liable for any injury, accident, health complication, disability, or death arising from participation in services provided by Partners or activities undertaken in connection with the BeFiter Ecosystem.
8.4 — Online Programs and Digital Content
This waiver applies equally to online fitness programs, workout content, live-streamed sessions, and wellness guidance accessed through BeFiter platforms including befiter.live and befiter.ai. Users must exercise personal judgment and caution when following any fitness guidance accessed digitally through BeFiter platforms.
9. User Conduct
9.1 — General Conduct Standards
You agree to use the BeFiter Ecosystem in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. You must treat all staff, partners, other users, and BeFiter personnel with courtesy and respect, both on BeFiter digital platforms and in Partner facilities.
9.2 — Prohibited Conduct
- Harass, intimidate, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against any person based on gender, religion, caste, race, nationality, disability, or any other ground.
- Engage in fraudulent conduct including fake bookings, misrepresentation of identity, or manipulation of ratings and reviews.
- Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operations of Partner facilities or BeFiter platforms.
- Use offensive, abusive, defamatory, or obscene language in any communication on or through BeFiter platforms.
- Share, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or in violation of any applicable law.
- Engage in any conduct that may expose BeFiter, its Partners, or other users to legal liability.
9.3 — Digital Platform Conduct
On BeFiter digital platforms, you must not post false reviews, create fake accounts, manipulate search results, artificially inflate engagement metrics, or misuse any platform feature in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
10. User Data and Privacy
10.1 — Data Collection and Use
When you use the BeFiter Ecosystem, we collect personal data including your name, contact details, device information, location data, usage patterns, transaction history, health preferences, and fitness activity data as necessary to operate and improve our services. This data is collected and processed in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable Rules thereunder.
10.2 — Purpose of Data Processing
- Creating and managing your user account and identity across BeFiter platforms.
- Facilitating bookings, purchases, and transactions with Partner organizations.
- Personalizing your experience and delivering relevant service recommendations.
- Providing analytics, performance insights, and ecosystem-wide reporting.
- Sending service updates, booking confirmations, and platform communications.
- Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, and judicial requirements.
- Maintaining platform security and preventing fraud and misuse.
10.3 — Cross-Domain Data Processing
Your data may be processed across BeFiter platforms including befiter.com, befiter.store, befiter.shop, befiter.in, befiter.life, befiter.live, befiter.ai, and any future BeFiter services. This cross-domain data architecture enables your unified identity and seamless experience across the BeFiter Ecosystem. By using any BeFiter platform, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-domain data processing.
10.4 — Algorithmic Processing and AI Rights
BeFiter may use aggregated, anonymized, and pseudonymized data derived from ecosystem-wide user activity for machine learning, artificial intelligence model training, algorithmic optimization, predictive analytics, and personalization features. No personally identifiable information will be used for AI model training without your explicit consent.
10.5 — Data Sharing
BeFiter may share your data with Partner organizations to the extent necessary to fulfill your bookings, purchases, and service requests. BeFiter does not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be shared with government authorities, regulators, or courts where required by applicable law.
10.6 — Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and under certain circumstances, request erasure of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the registered address listed in these Terms.
11. Platform Availability
11.1 — "As Available" Basis
The BeFiter Ecosystem is provided on an "as available" basis. BeFiter does not warrant or guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to any BeFiter platform or service.
11.2 — Causes of Unavailability
- Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and improvements.
- Unplanned technical outages or failures.
- Failures of third-party infrastructure providers including cloud hosting services, content delivery networks, internet service providers, or payment gateways.
- Cyber incidents, security threats, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Force majeure events as defined in Section 17 of these Terms.
- Regulatory or government-directed restrictions on platform operations.
11.3 — No Liability for Downtime
BeFiter shall not be liable for any loss, missed opportunity, inconvenience, or damages arising from any period of platform unavailability, howsoever caused. BeFiter will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible following any unplanned outage.
12. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity or organizational affiliation.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, restrictions, or platform policies.
- Unauthorized extraction, scraping, or harvesting of data from BeFiter platforms through automated tools, scripts, or bots.
- Distributing, facilitating, or promoting illegal products, substances, or services under applicable Indian law.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, phishing content, or any code designed to harm BeFiter systems, Partner systems, or other users.
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or abusing other users, Partners, or BeFiter personnel.
- Creating or distributing false reviews, fake testimonials, or manipulated ratings.
- Circumventing BeFiter's payment systems to avoid fees or to conduct off-platform transactions for services discovered through BeFiter.
- Using BeFiter platforms for unauthorized commercial activities, unsolicited promotions, or spam.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any BeFiter system, account, database, or infrastructure.
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or code of conduct relevant to your use of the platform.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 — Termination by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting BeFiter through the platform or at the registered address below. Closing your account does not extinguish any payment obligations, outstanding dues, or liabilities accrued prior to closure.
13.2 — Suspension or Termination by BeFiter
- Violation of any provision of these Terms or any BeFiter platform policy.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward users, Partners, or BeFiter staff.
- Chargeback abuse or manipulation of payment processes.
- Actions that compromise platform security, integrity, or the interests of other users or Partners.
- Receipt of regulatory action, court orders, or law enforcement directions relating to your account or conduct.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
13.3 — Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to all BeFiter platforms and services is immediately revoked. Data associated with your account may be retained for legally required periods in accordance with BeFiter's data retention policy. Provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive termination.
13.4 — Reinstatement
BeFiter may, at its sole discretion, reinstate a suspended account upon resolution of the relevant issue and subject to conditions BeFiter may impose.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 — General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BEFITER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of data, personal injury, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of or inability to use any BeFiter platform, Partner services, products, or any third-party interaction facilitated through the ecosystem.
14.2 — Infrastructure Provider
BeFiter provides digital infrastructure and marketplace facilitation. BeFiter is not responsible for the operational decisions, service quality, financial obligations, or commercial conduct of Partner organizations. BeFiter does not guarantee specific outcomes, service quality, or commercial results from your use of the ecosystem.
14.3 — Maximum Liability Cap
Where BeFiter is found liable under any provision of these Terms notwithstanding the limitations above, BeFiter's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees, if any, actually paid by you directly to BeFiter in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 — Third-Party Services
The BeFiter Ecosystem may link to or integrate with third-party services, platforms, and tools. BeFiter is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 — Applicable Law
These Terms and all disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
15.2 — Jurisdiction
The competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. By using any BeFiter platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15.3 — Dispute Resolution
Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good faith resolution of any dispute with BeFiter through direct written communication for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of notice of the dispute submitted to BeFiter's registered address. If the dispute remains unresolved after such period, either party may approach the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
16. Intellectual Property
16.1 — BeFiter Platform Ownership
All intellectual property rights in and to the BeFiter Ecosystem — including software, source code, algorithms, databases, data models, user interface designs, brand identity, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, mobile applications, APIs, documentation, and all related technology and creative works — are and shall remain the exclusive property of BEFITER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. No ownership rights in BeFiter's intellectual property are transferred to you under these Terms.
16.2 — Limited License to Users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BeFiter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use BeFiter platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit any other use.
16.3 — Restrictions
- Copy, reproduce, download, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the BeFiter platform or its content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any BeFiter software.
- Use BeFiter's trademarks, logos, brand names, or domain names without prior written authorization from BeFiter.
- Frame, mirror, or embed any part of BeFiter platforms on third-party websites or applications without explicit written consent.
- Use BeFiter's intellectual property for any commercial purpose without a separate written agreement.
17. Force Majeure
17.1 — Definition
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, storms, epidemics, or pandemics; war, civil unrest, terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions or shutdowns; nationwide or regional internet outages or large-scale infrastructure failures; failure of third-party cloud infrastructure, data centres, or CDN networks; cyber attacks or distributed denial-of-service attacks of exceptional scale; new laws or government orders that restrict or prevent the operation of BeFiter platforms; power grid failures or utility outages of exceptional duration.
17.2 — Effect
BeFiter shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of any force majeure event affecting platform availability and to restore services as promptly as practicable. If a force majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) consecutive days and materially prevents BeFiter from providing core services, either party may terminate their relationship under these Terms upon written notice without liability for the period of disruption.
18. User-Generated Content
18.1 — Content You Upload
You may have the ability to upload, post, share, or submit content to BeFiter platforms, including photographs, fitness progress updates, reviews, comments, ratings, and other user-generated material ("User Content").
18.2 — Ownership
You retain ownership of any original User Content you create and submit to BeFiter platforms. BeFiter does not claim ownership of your User Content.
18.3 — License Granted to BeFiter
By uploading or submitting User Content to any BeFiter platform, you grant BEFITER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to store, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and use your User Content within the BeFiter Ecosystem for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving BeFiter platforms and services. This license continues for as long as your content remains on BeFiter platforms and for reasonable archival periods thereafter.
18.4 — Content Standards
You confirm that any content you upload does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, is not false or misleading, is not obscene, harmful, or unlawful, and complies with these Terms and applicable law. BeFiter reserves the right to remove, moderate, or restrict access to any User Content that violates these standards, without prior notice.
19. Marketing and Service Communications
19.1 — Service Communications
By creating an account on the BeFiter Ecosystem, you consent to receive service-related communications including booking confirmations, payment receipts, membership reminders, renewal notifications, account security alerts, and platform updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. These communications are essential to the operation of your account and cannot be fully opted out of while your account remains active.
19.2 — Marketing Communications
With your consent at the time of registration or subsequently, BeFiter may send promotional communications including ecosystem offers, partner promotions, wellness content, event invitations, and new feature announcements. 19.3 — Partner Communications
Partner organizations through whose services you are enrolled may contact you regarding their services, bookings, and promotions. BeFiter facilitates such communications as part of its platform infrastructure but is not responsible for the content or frequency of Partner communications. To unsubscribe from Partner communications, contact the relevant Partner directly.
19.4 — Compliance
All communications are conducted in compliance with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and TRAI regulations. BeFiter will not sell your contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.
20. Purchases & Transactions
20.1 — Nature of Transaction — Who Is the Seller
All purchases of services or products facilitated through BeFiter from a Partner organization are direct transactions between you and that Partner. The Partner is an independent business entity and is the seller, service provider, or fulfillment party for all such transactions. BeFiter provides the digital technology platform and ecosystem infrastructure enabling discovery, booking, payment processing, and service management. BeFiter is not the seller, manufacturer, trainer, service operator, or fulfillment party for any service or product offered by Partner organizations unless explicitly and separately stated in writing.
20.2 — Partner's Full Accountability
The Partner organization is solely and exclusively responsible for: the accurate and complete description of all services and products offered; the quality, safety, legality, and fitness for purpose of every service and product; the delivery, fulfillment, and execution of all commitments made to you at the time of purchase; compliance with all applicable laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; and handling all disputes, complaints, claims, and after-sale interactions relating to any item purchased.
20.3 — No Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Partner organization in writing at or before the time of purchase, all service purchases — including memberships, session packs, training packages, program enrollments, and event registrations — are final and non-refundable once confirmed. You acknowledge that the nature of fitness and wellness services makes automatic refunds impractical. Any refund entitlement must be established under the Partner's explicitly published refund policy prior to the purchase.
20.4 — No Cancellation
Once a service purchase is confirmed through the BeFiter platform, cancellation is not permitted unless expressly allowed in writing by the Partner organization prior to or at the time of purchase. Confirmation of purchase on the BeFiter platform constitutes a binding commitment to the Partner's service terms.
20.5 — Non-Transferability
All service entitlements — including memberships, session credits, and bookings — are strictly personal to you and are non-transferable to any other individual unless the Partner organization explicitly permits transfer in writing. Unauthorized transfer is a violation of this Agreement and may result in cancellation of the service without refund.
20.6 — Expiry of Services
All purchased services must be utilized within the validity period specified by the Partner organization at the time of purchase. Unused sessions, credits, or entitlements that remain at the end of the validity period shall automatically expire and shall not be eligible for refund, extension, carry-forward, or compensation unless the Partner explicitly permits otherwise in writing. BeFiter has no authority to extend validity periods on behalf of Partners.
20.7 — Partner Closure and Insolvency
BeFiter does not guarantee that any Partner organization will remain operational, financially solvent, or continue to honor purchased entitlements at all times. In the event of Partner business closure, restructuring, insolvency, or dissolution under applicable Indian law, BEFITER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED bears no financial responsibility for undelivered services, unused credits, or outstanding refunds owed by that Partner. Your remedy in such circumstances lies directly against the Partner and, where applicable, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
20.8 — Off-Platform Bypass Prevention
By using the BeFiter Ecosystem to discover, access, book, or transact with a Partner organization, you agree not to conduct any transaction with that Partner outside the BeFiter platform — through direct messaging, cash payment, third-party applications, or any other channel — in a manner that circumvents BeFiter's platform infrastructure, fees, or terms.
20.9 — One-Time Acceptance Per Partner
By completing a first purchase from a Partner through the BeFiter platform, you confirm that the terms in this section apply to all current and future transactions with that same Partner organization. Re-acceptance is not required for subsequent purchases with the same Partner unless BeFiter materially updates these terms.

21.1 — Informational Purpose Only
All content, recommendations, wellness guidance, fitness tips, nutritional information, and insights provided through the BeFiter Ecosystem — including content generated or delivered through befiter.ai, befiter.live, or any AI-powered feature on any BeFiter platform — are for general informational purposes only. Nothing on any BeFiter platform constitutes or should be construed as medical advice, clinical guidance, nutritional therapy, legal counsel, psychological treatment, or any form of professional advice of any kind.
21.2 — AI-Generated Content
Where the BeFiter Ecosystem provides AI-generated insights, personalized recommendations, or wellness suggestions, such content is generated by algorithms and does not reflect the judgment of a qualified professional. You must not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, legal, or other expert advice. BeFiter expressly disclaims any liability arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
21.3 — Consult a Professional
Before making any health, fitness, or wellness decision based on information accessed through the BeFiter Ecosystem, you are strongly advised to consult a qualified, licensed professional appropriate to your situation. BeFiter bears no responsibility for any outcome, consequence, or loss arising from your use of or reliance on any content, recommendation, or guidance available on any BeFiter platform.
Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and applicable e-commerce regulations, all grievances, complaints, and concerns relating to these Terms or the BeFiter Ecosystem shall be addressed to:
